In case of TB patient, before diagnosing and treating this infectious disease, the physician prescribes the patients to carry out some test for assuring the symptoms of this disease. Therefore, for confirming the TB symptoms a patient has to carry out sputum test, urine test, X-ray of lungs under the observation of clinical lab assistant.

For a sputum test, a patient is guided by the lab technician to take the early morning sputum without eating anything. The second sample of sputum has to taking the breakfast.
